Plexvia started as a technical experiment around making information easier to find by meaning, not just keywords.
The idea became much more practical when Parsa began seeing the same problem while helping operate a growing business. Customers and staff were repeatedly asking straightforward questions whose answers already existed somewhere, whether on the website, in documents, in policies, or in the company’s internal knowledge.
The problem was not that the information was missing. It was that finding the right answer quickly was harder than it should have been.
Business knowledge was scattered across too many places and disconnected from the conversations where people actually needed it.
